Time for rest

Good morning happy Friday! Today I have a home day! Time to catch up and spend time with my girls'. Tomorrow I am here doing distance healing and then I start a stay at home holiday. The body is tired and needs rest so next week it will be a time of just being, relaxing and re-energising. So that we can carry on with healing and hearing the horses.

I can feel my energy changing all the time at the moment. All for the greater good, Change is good and needs to be felt and embraced. We then come into a position to move forward to greater things. Many years ago I never thought my life would take the direction it has. When you give and commit to a vocation you have no idea of the road ahead. You must be prepared to walk and feel every step learning the lessons given to you. Commitment is needed there can be no straying the focus and belief is paramount. I am guided in all that I do not just by my guides but by my teachers the horse. They never cease to amaze me with all that they have to teach us. The strength and vitality that is deep within holding them firm. Being prepared to forgive those that have done them wrong. Knowing that they are the teachers and can show us new ways.

Their message for us to stop and share time with them. Just to be and connect will show us there are other ways. To stop trying so hard and relax enough to listen, to feel, to embrace the beautiful energy that is there for us all to feel. To learn to breath in harmony with the horse to feel the energy joining, linking and taking us on a journey of deeper awareness.

Connection is all that is, through healing to capture the energy of a stallion. To be allowed to heal, for them to release and stretch as their body lets go. Then to lie down in your company makes me feel truly humble and honoured. My journey is to help them, to be their voice for the voice to be heard. For our energies to become entwined and to feel as one.

If I can bring one horse and their guardian together on a deeper level my job has been done.

So today I am going to spend time with my greatest teachers, my girls'. Who make me laugh with joy and sometimes cry tears of the frustrations that we meet. But always there, waiting for me to join them, to just be. Energies entwined, hearts connected all as one.
